Project: Cargo: The Middle Passage

Recipient of the 2006 Greater Columbus Arts Council Artistic Excellence Award, Cargo: The Middle Passage depicts the conditions that were endured on the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. This recreation of a slave trade ship gives visitors insight into the environment that caused the deaths of millions of Africans who were forced into slavery.
