Project: James River Water Play
Location: Richmond, VA
Installed: October 2005
James River Water Play is an exhibit made up of three water tables. Two tables are dedicated to water play and toys, while the feature table is a long interactive model of the James River and the land around it. Kids of all ages can play in the realistic river, and learn about it at the same time! From the lock dams, to the bridges, the James River water table is a great way for kids to familiarize themselves with the river, and see it from a different point of view.
