Creative Discovery Museum

Boss Display was chosen to fabricate two custom water tables for the Creative Discovery Museum’s newly renovated gallery, Tennessee RiverPlay. The space was designed for families to explore how a river works, drawing on elements of the local scenery to display this principle. Interactives like the large mountain tippy bucket, moveable dam tabs, turbine and lock system, and various styles of river boats help to accomplish this goal.

Our Dam Tab interactives come in all shapes and sizes and encourage users to control the flow of water through the table.

The interactive mountain and rain cloud signifies the rain coming from the mountains feeding into the river.
